To work efficiently and happily through all that time, we need to invest with as much sincerity in our mood, health, self care and overall well-being on a regular basis. My name is Daisy Hazra, advertising professional for 12 years and counting! Needless to say, I have spent many long days, and nights sitting in front of a laptop making business pitches, cracking ideas and executing winning campaigns. And while I do put my career first, I have spent the past few years in the sincere pursuit of well-being and learning how not to put myself last. ‘Fresh as a Daisy’ is a podcast where I curate wellness practices, and other good stuff, that can help us work happier!
